Farm-to-table
Ingredients
Yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 50g quinoa
- 50ml strawberry laban
How it's made!
1. Rinse the quinoa under running water and cook according to package instructions. Let it cool.
2. Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
3. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix well with the mashed banana.
4. Add the cooled quinoa to the mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Pour the strawberry laban over the top of the yogurt mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
